1. Agreement
These Terms of Use / this custom End User License Agreement (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Yad3V (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”) for UTG – Up To Game Pro (the “Licensed Application”, “UTG”, “the app”) and this website.
By downloading UTG from the App Store, installing it, or using the app or this site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download or use UTG.
You must be old enough to use the App Store in your region and at least 13 (or 16 where that is the relevant age for this kind of service). If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
2. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies
The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold, to you.
Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) also applies to your use of UTG when you obtain it from the App Store.
If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA on topics Apple requires (including the scope of the license, Usage Rules, consent to use of data as stated by Apple, external services, export, U.S. Government rights, and Apple’s role as described in the Standard EULA), the Standard EULA controls for those topics. These Terms add application-specific rules (accounts, AI, catalogs, UTG Pro+, acceptable use) that Apple’s Standard EULA does not spell out.
3. App Store download and Apple media services
You obtain UTG only through Apple’s App Store (or TestFlight if we invite you). Installation, updates, Usage Rules, family sharing (if Apple enables it for this app), and payment for In-App Purchases are governed by Apple’s terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, in addition to these Terms.
We do not host the IPA on this website. We do not process your Apple ID password.
4. License grant
Subject to these Terms and the Standard EULA, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules.
You may not rent, sublicense, redistribute, or make the Licensed Application available over a network for use by multiple devices at the same time except as the Usage Rules allow. If you sell or give away a device, delete UTG first.
Except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right, you may not copy (beyond the license), reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or derive source code from the Licensed Application, or create derivative works from it. Open-source components, if any, remain under their own licenses.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Yad3V and its licensors. Game names, logos, artwork, and other third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
5. Optional account
Sign-in (Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or Firebase Authentication) is optional and can be skipped in onboarding. You may use much of UTG without an account.
If you create an account, you are responsible for activity under that login. Information you provide must not be false or impersonating someone else.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate an account or access to the Licensed Application if we reasonably believe you are abusing the service, violating these Terms, harming other users or our proxy/APIs, or if we are required to by law. You may delete an account as described on delete-account.html. Deleting an account does not cancel UTG Pro+ with Apple.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, probe, or overload our Cloudflare Worker / API proxy (including
utgapp.youssefzx.workers.dev) or harvest catalog data at a scale that bypasses the app’s ordinary use; - Reverse-engineer the Licensed Application beyond rights that cannot be waived under applicable law;
- Put illegal content in AI prompts, or content that you do not have the right to submit;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone in any social, chat, review, or profile features the app may offer;
- Interfere with security, authentication, In-App Purchase receipts, or other users’ accounts;
- Use UTG to violate export laws or other applicable law.
We may remove content, limit features, or terminate the license for violations.
7. User content
If you create reviews, collections, profile text, chat prompts, or similar content in UTG (“User Content”), you keep ownership of that content to the extent the law allows. You grant Yad3V a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that User Content solely to operate and improve UTG (for example, showing your collection on your devices, or sending a prompt to generate an AI reply).
You represent that you have the rights to the User Content you submit. We may remove User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, the law, or third-party rights, or that abuses the service. We are not obligated to pre-screen User Content.
iCloud-synced follows, favorites, collections, and onboarding answers are stored in your iCloud as described in the Privacy Policy. That is your Apple iCloud content, not a public website profile unless the app clearly offers a public display.
8. AI, catalogs, prices, and affiliation
AI recommendations, chat, and “Buy or Wait” verdicts are suggestions only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. They are not financial, investment, or purchase advice. You remain responsible for what you buy and where you buy it.
Third-party catalogs, artwork, news, player counts, deals, Game Pass / Epic / giveaway listings, streams, and prices (including IGDB/Twitch, Steam, CheapShark, Epic, Microsoft, GamerPower, ProtonDB, YouTube, Unsplash, and similar sources) can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable in your country. Always confirm on the official store before you pay or travel.
UTG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IGDB, Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, Steam/Valve, Epic Games, or the publishers or rights holders of games shown in the catalog, unless we expressly say so in the app. Those names and marks belong to their owners and are used to identify games and storefronts.
Weather and nearby-store features require When In Use location if you opt in. Using those features (including going somewhere to play) is at your own risk.
9. UTG Pro+ subscriptions
Paid features may require UTG Pro+, an optional auto-renewable Apple In-App Purchase. There is no web checkout. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. We do not receive full card numbers. Apple Media Services terms apply to billing.

- The price is the price Apple shows in the App Store and on the in-app paywall for your storefront (currency and tax included as Apple displays them).
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price shown by Apple.
- Manage or cancel: iOS Settings → Apple ID (your name) → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are via Apple, not us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple’s refund process. We cannot reverse an App Store charge from this website.
- If the subscription lapses or you cancel, free features remain (subject to these Terms and the free limits below). Pro+ entitlements end when Apple says the paid period has ended.
- Choosing “Not now”, skipping, or dismissing the paywall does not unlock Pro+.
Deleting the app or your UTG account does not cancel Apple billing.
10. Free limits
Without an active UTG Pro+ subscription, UTG may limit, among other things:
- Followed games (for example, 3 follows on the free plan);
- Limited AI tries for the advisor and chat;
- Some price tools, full Buy or Wait / historical-low tools, and other AI or catalog tools as shown in the app at the time.
The in-app paywall is the source of truth for what requires Pro+ in your current version. We may adjust free limits; we will not represent that dismissing the paywall grants Pro+ access.
11. Warranty disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION, THIS WEBSITE, AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES (INCLUDING CATALOG DATA, PRICES, NOTIFICATIONS, AND AI OUTPUT) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Yad3V DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RELEASE DATES, PRICES, “FREE” OFFERS, AI SUGGESTIONS, BUY OR WAIT VERDICTS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION FROM US CREATES A WARRANTY.
IF THE LICENSED APPLICATION FAILS TO CONFORM TO ANY WARRANTY THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, YOU MAY NOTIFY APPLE, AND APPLE MAY REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE APP (IF ANY) TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY THE STANDARD EULA. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLE HAS NO OTHER WARRANTY OBLIGATION AS TO THE LICENSED APPLICATION.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE UTG, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE LICENSED APPLICATION OR THIS WEBSITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR UTG PRO+ IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (EXCLUDING ANY PORTION RETAINED BY APPLE AS COMMISSION THAT WE NEVER RECEIVE) AND (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (US $50).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. IN THOSE PLACES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR FRAUD, WHERE SUCH A LIMIT IS UNLAWFUL.
13. EU and UK consumers — statutory rights not waived
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including rights as to digital content and digital services that cannot be waived by contract. Warranty disclaimers and liability caps apply only to the extent allowed by that law. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
14. Apple is not a party (except as third-party beneficiary)
Apple is not a party to this custom EULA between you and Yad3V, except that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms as described in Apple’s Standard EULA and may enforce them against you.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for UTG. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims relating to the Licensed Application, including product liability, any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection, and intellectual-property infringement, to the extent required by Apple’s developer terms.
In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it infringes that party’s intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim, to the extent required by Apple.
15. Termination
These Terms apply until terminated by you or us. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may stop using UTG and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate the license or an account for breach, abuse, legal risk, or discontinuation of the service.
On termination, you must cease use and delete the Licensed Application. Sections that by their nature should survive (including license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, Apple beneficiary language, and governing law) survive termination. UTG Pro+ billing after termination of the app license is still managed with Apple until you cancel in Subscriptions.
16. Changes to the service and to these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features (including catalog sources, AI, notifications, and free limits) without liability, except where a law says otherwise. Third-party APIs can disappear or change their terms; we are not responsible for those providers.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply going forward. Continued use after the effective date of a change is acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent. The Standard EULA remains available at Apple’s URL above.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except that:
- EU/EEA/UK (and similar) consumers keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence, as stated in section 13;
- Nothing here takes away non-waivable consumer rights in your home jurisdiction.
Subject to those consumer protections, the courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Export: you may not use or export the Licensed Application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction where you obtained it, as further described in the Standard EULA.
